Estimated delivery times

We ship weekdays using Aramex. Estimated shipping times from the date of dispatch are:

Metropolitan (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) - Normally 3 to 5 business days.

Metropolitan (Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin) - Normally 5 to 7 business days

Regional areas - 5 to 10 business days

PLEASE NOTE: Freight through metro areas under COVID lockdowns are experiencing delivery times are up to 10 business days with standard freight services.

Who do we Use

Most of our orders are shipped with Aramex. We use Aramex as they provide the right balance of affordability and delivery speed.

In some remote areas that Aramex does not service we will send with Australia Post.

We also provide Express Post as a shipping option if you would like guaranteed delivery timeframe

Shipping in Hot Weather

We do not ship chocolates during heat waves.

We do not ship to parcel lockers or PO boxes due to risk of heat damage.

During the warmer months when daytime temperatures are routinely over 30 degrees, we will include a reusable gel-icepack with chocolate orders. Ice packs will keep the product cool during transit but will not protect the product if left in the sun at the delivery address. We recommend that you have orders sent to your place of work to ensure they can be received at the time of delivery, or alternatively providing instructions for the courier to leave in a cool location.
