Shipping & Delivery

  1. When will my order be sent?
    We ship the next business day if you choose Express Post. Orders with our standard courier service are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and will be shipped at the first opportunity following your order placement. For more information see Shipping information

  2. What if I order chocolates in hot weather?
    We take special care to ensure your products are packed to avoid heat exposure, however we can’t take responsibility after the point of delivery. Please see Shipping information

  3. What if my order arrives damaged?
    Sometimes packages get damaged in transit by careless handling. If your order arrives damaged (eg. the seal is broken, broken jar, crushed box etc) we will replace at no cost. You’ll need to contact us and provide your order number and clear images of the damaged package. Please see our Returns Policy for more information


Dietary Information

  1. What are the health benefits of macadamias?
    Macadamias contain large amounts of healthy monounsaturated fat, minerals, fibre and antioxidants, which are all great for your health and well-being. For more information, see what the Australian Macadamia Society say.

  2. Are our products gluten free?
    Yes, all of your products are gluten free.

  3. Are our products dairy free?
    Our savoury range is all dairy free, however our chocolate toffee macadamias contain a small quantity of butter in the toffee (we use an traditional butter toffee recipe). Our white and milk chocolates also contain dairy in the chocolate.

  4. Are you Certified Organic?
    Our orchard is not certified organic, however we cultivate and manage our land using practices that are sustainable and regenerative to the local ecosystems. For more information on our farming practices see Our Story.

  5. Do your products contain allergens?
    Macadamias are a tree nut and while they are not commonly associated with allergy, some people with nut allergy do have reactions.
    We also use dairy in our chocolate range.
    We use sesame in our Dukkah.

  1. How do I correct a mistake in my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible at godofnuts@django-macadamias.com or by phone 0402329652 and we will endeavour to correct the order before it is shipped. If we have already shipped the order, any corrections will need to be made at your cost.

  4. Can I visit the orchard or chocolate factory?
    Our chocolate factory is not set up for public visitation so we do not offer visits or tours.
