About Django Macadamias
Django Macadamias® was born from the family owned and run Macadamia plantation ‘Tallowood Grove’ located in the lush sub-tropical climate of the NSW Mid-North Coast.
We produce unique, creative and (most importantly) delicious food and the team share a passion for connecting consumers with the place and system of production.
We have two goals:

About our products
Our product range is purposely small, just big enough to provide something for everyone but small enough to ensure each product gets our full attention and care.
Chocolates
Our chocolates were the inspiration for the business. You won’t find anything quite like them. We take the largest whole kernel from our crop and dry roast them until lightly golden to unlock the full buttery caramel flavours that macadamias are famous for. We then then dip them in a thin coat of golden toffee. Finally, we enrobe them in a thin coat of tempered couverture chocolate - a range from white to dark with some punchy Australian native infusions. The result is both a textural and flavour explosion.
Savoury Stuff
We only ever set out to create delicious and nourishing products. Our savoury range is no exception, providing something to fit any occasion - whether humble mac butter on toast with a drizzle of honey for breakfast or some spicy roast chipotle macadamias to accompany an evening drink. We have found the best home for every style of nut that comes off our cracking line.
Raw kernel
We offer a range of raw macadamias from premium whole kernel, halves or finer pieces. All of our raw kernel is cracked in small batches, nitrogen flushed and cool stored to ensure maximum freshness. Visit our Shop for 1kg packs or get in touch for wholesale enquiries.
